Items misbuy

Hi Guy,

I misbought two items with Coins, and i couldn't find the "item misbuy" category in the service tab.

Just wondering is there any chance i couldve get the refunds?
I have submitted an in-game ticket and also emailed Warmane's email address.

is your account premium? then https://www.warmane.com/account -> support -> create ticket -> item misbuy

The ticket must be sent within 24 hours of purchase(s) made from STORE with COINS.
No support for items bought with points.

You didn't misbuy any item, so you don't have any item showing to be selected. You used Coins for an instant-max level and picked the wrong gear package/changed your mind about it. No idea if Support would do such trade, but you won't be able to use a misbuy ticket for that, you'll need a general one.
