i cant play i keep getting dced from the server and i cant even get in whats the deal

Your ISP and probably game files are the deal. Warmane has nothing to do with it. They won't benefit in any way imaginable from restricting single users to access server.

ok so how can i connect to the servers then all the files are the same from the torrent or do i need something else

ok so i finally got in i had a character but its not there how do i get it back

If it was removed in an inactivity clean-up, it's gone and can't be recovered.

If it was manually deleted by someone accessing the account and within the last 30 days, Character Restoration from the Services menu on the webpage should be able to recover it. If no character shows there, it's too late and can't be recovered.
