FPS cap in borderless window

I don't know if it's a compatibilty issue, but whenever i'm in full screen the game runs at 144fps cap (with vsync on) but has a really weird bright blue collor contrast on it. This doesn't happen in borderless windowed,the game looks fine when i play it that way, the problem is...it's stuck at 48 fps. I have an amd rx5500m 4gb graphic card,16 gigs of ram and ryzen 7 something. I didn't find any workaround for this problem in the amd graphics settings. Do you guys know if I can do something about it ?
