I used to play this server like 6 - 7 years ago and for a long . my last online was for sure 2016-2017
Now I back to This server again I find the same account, but I lose all my characters,
I tried to contact an in-game GM but says they can't provide such assists.
I also tried to go to the support area on the website but only a Ticket can be made there for a ban appeal.
any help would really be appreciated

Characters two ways characters are deleted:
1. Inactivity Cleanup and Gold Squish for a healthier economy
2. Player deleting them.
As far as I know, no level 50 and above inactive characters get deleted, only their names are removed. Only reason a level 50+ character would be deleted, is a player deleting it. Either by account's owner, or somebody who had access to it with or without owner's knowledge, and deleted a character or two.
In the case of player deleting a character, there's 30 days restoration period. After that, there's no restoration available.
I didn't Delete any Character, In fact, I just checked my E-mail and found that I made a restoration for my warmane website account in Sep: 2019
The Server I used to play on the name was Lordareon and it was 1x Blizz-like, but after that, I also played in cata and mist servers, I simply don't find anything
just an empty account.
I don't care about Cata or mist anymore but would be amazing if I get any assistance on this for my Wotlk toons
and Note: I never shared my account password with anyone.
The only assistance we offer is in the form Ohie already mentioned, by using the Restoration service with characters deleted up to 30 days ago. If they were removed in an inacivity clean-up, manually deleted over 30 days ago, be it by your or someone else who got access to your account, or were part of a server merge that required a manual transfer to a different one which isn't offered anymore, they are gone for good.
