retieving my account

hi so a few years back i got hacked on my premium account, but the accounts email is no longer valid, i want to change the email so i can get my account back, the email was **************, i wrote a ticket and the gm told me if the account was premium which it was, theres a chance i can get it back, so can i please get my email fixed for that account? please email me back @ ****************
