wings retribution talent make it by pass 50% of dmg reduction of all kind
It should not by pass resilliance dmg reduction resilliance reduction is not an effect there is also blue post about this issue.

Its discussion about chaos bolt but you can see "Okay, I verified that resilience is not considered a damage reduction effect." in blue post i also saw it about specially for paladin wings i ll put link when i find it but if you read all post at this link you ll see resilliance never been ignored or reduced from any talent skill etc.
While that may be the intent, until you find a blue post that states Avenging Wrath doesn't bypass resilience for 3.3.5a, the case remains open for it.
resilience is not considered a damage reduction effect. Its clear enough.
the point is not what it is or is not. it's about how 3.3.5a handled it. if it was bugged in 3.3.5a it ought to be bugged here, too.
Nop it was not bugged in 3.3.5a if its bypassing resilliance here (didnt tested here), mean its just bugged here.
That's fine as long as you can prove on retail 3.3.5a it actually did not bypass resilience regardless of Blizzard's intent. Otherwise it's all conjectures.
if DS is hitting 11k on almost 1.5k resil then there is certainly some kind of bug going on.Quote:
