(A) LF a guild to progress trough WotLK content with

I'm a fury warrior (nick: Ensis) from EU at around 5.3K GS and would love to run some lower difficulty raids such as Onyxia, OS, ToC and Naxxramas.
These raids are rarely advertised in global and furthermore, most of the time the pugs require absurd amounts of GS.

I'm looking for either a
? guild with a spot for me to run these raids with, or
? people with similar wishes, because I've seen people searching for such guilds on the forums to no avail.

Even though I can not promise to commit to leading a guild myself, I figured I can't be the only one who doesn't want to just spam daily RHCs for emblems and feel like a rat trying to get into pugs until ready for ICC.
