so idk why when i try learn new spells for human rouge i dont have any spells so try it on undead and i can wana know if human rouge is block or its bug ?

You have one of three reasons:
1. You are trying to learn ability that belongs to talent tree.
2. You are doing it in starting zone, where trainers have only few basic abilities for starters.
3. Check filters in trainer menu
