They are discontinuing (for the time being) the server FM. But the closure will happen in 2 weeks more on the 30th. You will be able to transfer your char to ICC of course.
Some progression Vanilla/TBC/Wotlk will be developed but it wont come in timely with the end of FMseason3. So you will have the option to play on ICC (lol) or look for good Wotlk Experience filler until something is released.
