I am undecided between Death's Choice heroic or Sharpened Twilight Scale (normal version) which one is better? Because sometimes i wear the STS NM because of the ArP

Also is it worth the coins to get STS heroic if you already have the normal version?
STS hc surpasses DC hc only by a little tiny bit. And I really mean - tiny bit.
According to Rawr the STS normal version is not even prebis its STS HC > DC HC > WFS HC > STS NM > DC NM but im surprised Shadowmourne, the neck, doesnt push the value of STS NM up.
I like the DC HC because it feels itemized better for Ret Pala with the passive AP + 510 Strength proc, but the STS HC still outperforms it barely due to proc just imagine if there were another STS HC version for ret pala with passive haste, ap or crit it would definitely beat DC HC.
