Realm Transfer from Frostmourne to Icecrown

Hello Warmane Support,

I would like to know if it is possible to transfer my character to a new season or if all progress will be reset and I will lose everything.

you lose just mailbox stuff, guild, guild bank.
your gold might be halved
and you might be forced to pick a new name if yours is already used on Icecrown realm, that's it.

I can't transfer my characters from frostmourne to icecrown on services, the option doesn't appear to do that operation, what can i do?

your characters are on the current Frostmourne season? (so you can still play with them)
then you need to wait the end of the season (30-april)
