What am i supposed to do....

Your IP Address has been suspended for due to BotNetwork. I have no idea what that means or is, but i just went on vacation and i wanted to play, but i got that message. A loggin attempt from my country is ok . What am i supposed to do to be able to play the next 2 weeks so i don't miss my guild raids. Opening a ticket on site is not an option because the onl reason you would make a ticket on site is to appeal on ban.... Apparently the only thing you can have an issue with is a ban......
