I am unable to log into the system with the launcher. I am also seeing, upon logging in and checking the barracks that my mage who was in the 40s is now level 21, my druid and my DK are just gone. WTF is going on? If these were changes made on the system they werent from my account as I use 2 step authentication.
Addendum. I see that the toons I still have are on icecrown. All of my lordaeron toons are gone. My DK, my mage, and my druid. This is ridiculous since those were my most recently logged in characters. There is no reason for them to atrophy first.
I cant login via launcher too. Idk whats happening.

Restart pc and fixed.
Okay, I can login now. And my lordaeron toons are here(though they arent in barracks for some reason). Issues like this wouldn't be so vexing if they hadn't disabled the email function or had any ticket type other than ban appeal.
