[Donate] Your payment was canceled and refunded

Hello Warmane,

today I tried to donate a little via Credit Card and got this notorious message:

Dear User,

Your XXX EUR payment made on May 10, 2023 12:53 AM using your Credit Cards in YYY was canceled by our anti-fraud team. Money were returned to the account holder.

To unblock this account, please provide us with your payment receipt and a copy of the account holder's ID (driver's license, passport or any other additional information that confirms this payment). If you have more than one account with this application, please let us know the details about them.

I sent my passport page but blurred my photo, but that wasn't accepted by the service. The problem is that I don't want to disclose my ID/Passport sensitive data to the service due to the privacy conserns.

Is there any chance to change Credit Card credentials to the other one, which has already been verified on other Warmane account or I've lost the possibility to donate from current account forever?

P.S. I felt like I'm talking to the brick wall when talking to the terminal3.com customer support

I just went to one of those little kiosks in real world and bough prepaid code for cash. Had the same situation.

We don't handle the transactions or store any information, it's all managed by the payment processors. There's no CC credentials linked or verified with any account on our end, all that is with them.

Unfortunately, I don't have such possibility.

A little update for those who will encounter the same problem: just for exmeriment, I tried to use my other credit card from other bank to donate for an the 2nd Warmane account - and it passed without 'fraud suspicions'. When I tried to explain to terminal3 inquiry that I want to change the Credit Card credentials to the other one which has been accepted on another account - I hear 'provide all your personal ID data' broken record again..

So, the situation is following: the terminal3 paywall blocked the possibility to donate using VISA/MasterCard (the best donate method) for my main account forever, and there is NO way to unblock it until I provide full personal info (which I will not do).

There are only 2 alternative solutions (for me at least), both with disadvantages:

1) Donate to your main account using Mint Prepaid cards (but these cards are selled with 10% fee on top, $10 card costs $11, $100 card for $110)
2) Donate to your alnetnative account where VISA/MasterCard is not blocked and 'Gift' your Coints to your main account, but for 5% additional fee.

P.S. It was pretty frustrating to communicate with paywall support, I had constant feeling that I'm chatting with a robot, which can only copy/paste answers from some kind of manual. No attempts to understand a person who don't want to disclose personal data to pretty questionable service, zero help. OpenAI's ChatGPT has more compassion trying to answer your questions than terminal3 personnel.
