Hunter Quest Bugged For Me ?

The hunter Tame The Beast Quest is bugged cant take it at all.

Good, because you have absolutely no information here. Do you have the required level? (level 10) Have you tried taking the quest from another trainer? Have you tried relog for example? Alternatively, wipe the cache. All this if you answered yes to the first and second questions.

I have the same issue, I am level 16 and this quest does not appear at Thotar in Razor hill.
