Missing characters

Hello,

I am writing this form my brother's account, because he doesn't speak english. He was playing on Frostmourne and the server was decomnissioned. All his characters were lost in the process.

Is there any possibility to retrieve the characters? As I understand they should have been migrated to other realms automatically. I looked, but the characters are not there.

He is mentally ill and It would be great if the characters could be somehow retrieved and migrated so some other realm (preferably Lordareon). Or, at least, if he could get back gold from his characters (about 400 in total).

You start the transfers of each character via https://www.warmane.com/account/services by selecting Frostmourne as realm. Each character must be transferred separately. The process may take a bit, but it will be done after you start the process.

Only transfers to Icecrown are allowed. Just as a heads up, you may have to think of new names to characters, if they are already taken by an Icecrown player.
