cant log in again

hi cant log in says the account has been locked but can be unlocked 4th time this happened just gets stuck here no matter what i do?

anyone think of anything i can do to possibly fix this **** im still waiting 3 hours later xD?

how do i make a ticket or anything or the sort as only lets me appeal a ban i dont have thats the setting so what the hell do i do xD?

I have the same problem. I wonder am I doing something illegal?
