Can someone help me to REPORT PLAYER , I mean how to edit Pictures?
One of the basic requirements for any report is for images to not be edited in any way.
What you're asking for would render any report you made with them invalid and dismissed.
If you mean how to add a picture as proof, all you need to do is hit the print screen button on your keyboard, and copy-paste the image on imgur; there, you upload it, copy the link, and paste the link in the ticket. You will need to create an account on imgur but that takes like 10 seconds.
And as mentioned above, do not edit the picture in any way, and take as many pictures as proof as possible.
