I've been trying to find a guide (I know there was some in the past) but I can't find any official one that includes all syntax to make it look fancier.
Does anyone know if the guide has been deleted or if I'm just blind?

I don't think anyone has ever made such a guide. You can quote a formatted post and see the the commands for each one.
Keep in mind it's against the forum rules to be excessively formatting texts, unless it's a guild thread or a guide, or you're just highlighting something in a post. We decided this years ago so we don't hurt people's eyes.
