My gold is gone

Hello there,

I was inactive for roughly 62 days and got banned with reasoning: BotNetwork.

I managed to log in successfully to my account after relogging into the website. However, my main char named "Bledari" lost all its gold which was more than 1k.

Can it be restored?

Same here, but i was gone for only like 5 days. Same BotNetwork alert been happening for some months before that. I guess we should have enabled extra security long time ago.

Bot Network ban won't make your gold away. A "friend" with access to the account might..
