I bought wrong item. Is there any way to return it?

Hi guys,
i bought wrong item from Arena vendor.

I socket a gems and enchant it.

Then i realize i bought wrong item :/

I know its not possible to make return at this point in game.
Would be possible from GM's to make this return for me somehow?

Sorry for bothering you with this but if you could help me it would be great.

Best chance is to make an in-game ticket but I highly doubt that it will get refunded.

A: If the mis-purchase is reported within 24 hours, the coins can be refunded so that you can purchase the correct item. Make a ticket for this here. Please know that items bought with points and certain Coin services (for ex. a faction change) are not eligible for a refund.

You might want to read his post. This had nothing to do with the Marketplace. He very clearly says Arena vendor.
