How many coins would a character transfer from Icecrown to Lordaeron cost in coins and how much would that be in Euro? And what would be kept during transferral? I assume equipment items, level, honour, gold, correct?

We don't offer that option.
Transfers were available when there was a population imbalance between two or more servers with the same rates, but we haven't had that since our devs achieved increasing the population cap to 12000. Nowadays it's mostly used when a Frostmourne season ends. It would never be available from a high rates server to Lordaeron, though.
