How to clear client's cash?

Hi everyone.
Couple of years ago I created 3 toons on Lordaeron. Leveled them a bit and then stopped playing for some time. It's was something of a culture shock for me, to experience rather slow leveling and challenging content from the beginning compared to carefree leveling and gameplay of later expansions. (I started playing WoW in Pandaria expansion). And don't forget about gold and gear issues all new players are experiencing. Lol. I don't beg for gold/gear on principle, since it kills the fun from the overcoming the odds and role-play XD
Recently I wanted to continue leveling them and discovered that all those low level toons were deleted in server purge. However, their number still shows up in the realm list. I read somewhere that they are saved in the client's cash, but wasn't able to find it. Can you help me, please? After experiencing WotLK on Icecrown and better understanding the expansion, I want now to play on Lordaeron once again for more challenging content.

It's in "WTF" folder. WTF/Account/*your account name*/*realm name*/*character name*
Each of those folders contain settings of that specific character and the amount of those folders is the number of characters shown on that realm in realm selection when you go in game.
Simply delete those folders you don't need, rather folder for characters that don't exist anymore.

Found the folder. WTF/Account/Account name/Realm name.
Unfortunately, no Lordaeron folder for some reasons... :( Both Icecrown and Blackrock folders are present, as well as bunch on cache, confic-cash files.
Moved entire content of "Account name" folder to another location. Logged in into the game, no changes. Still 3 deleted characters are displayed in realm list.

Try making a new character, enter the game world with it, it ill probably change to (1)
Still not sure what your goal is tough regarding some random number
