Hello, I have a problem with the characters in my account. It has been a long time since I last logged in, but when I choose a realm, it still shows that I have 5 characters. However, when I enter the realm, none of them appear.

Hello, I have a problem with the characters in my account. It has been a long time since I last logged in, but when I choose a realm, it still shows that I have 5 characters. However, when I enter the realm, none of them appear.
Either they were deleted in inactivity cleanup(all characters <50lvl).
Someone logged your account and sold/deleted your characters(if they were >50lvl).
