Note that sometimes people do end up in the air when they get teleported from a rdf or bg to open world, happened to me too 2 times, as soon as they try move though they fall down but if not you can stay up there for a long time, if hes flying around though thats a cheat, if you get a picture of them "swimming" in the air that can be taken as proof. Recording a video would be the best option though.
This is carbonite, imo best map + quest add-on out there. Also includes mining + herb nodes. Shows opposite faction when they nearby like spy add-on does. And here's the link https://legacy-wow.com/wotlk-addons/carbonite/
