Banned for botting and I am not a bot

please help, I just started this account yesterday and I am already banned. I just want to play the game. I'm not botting.

I signed up for two factor authentication and it doesn't give me enough time to put the code in. I made it to lvl 17 and got banned. I did nothing wrong.

I am able to log in again now. Thank you for your quick response.
