Addon working on Blackrock realm but not on Icecrown

Hello, so as the title says. I mention specifically the addon Quartz. I was looking for an addon to track the auto shot time and this one was perfect BUT it only works on Blackrock and I have followed all the steps in here: https://forum.warmane.com/showthread.php?t=369755

I dont have older versions, extra unneeded folders... I even tried to copy-paste the SavedVariables on WTF folder from one character to the other but nothing seems to work.

I also tried WeakAuras to get the auto shot timer but same issue, working on Blackrock and nothing on Icecrown.

If you know any other solution or another addon with this feature it would be very appreciated.
