I can't complete the Netherwing Outland questline

Hello, it's been a while since I did the nether wing missions that the npc mordenai and the flying dragon that is above him give and I reached exalted but I went to ripping and left everything like that without further ado.
Now I want to go back to that to buy the drakes and I don't know why it doesn't give me any more missions to become friends with them, I go to the nether wing and I am an enemy of them being exalted and neither mordenai nor the green dragon that nor anyone gives me missions.
I read on google that the last mission is to deliver a letter to the orc leader of the nether but they never gave me that mission and now I'm all screwed up, does anyone know what I can do?

It's not just about getting exalted, do all the missions the Netherwing Drake has for you. Until you turn into a felorc, then you will have access to their quartermaster.

First click C, check reputations, click on them and make sure you dont have the "at war" boxed checked, there's several reputation factions that have a quest chain / items / enemy factions to kill that help to turn a bad rep into neutral / friendly rep instead. And many reputation factions have quests that's somewhere else in world that links up to them, Kirin tor for example likes to spread up their quests all over northrend with different npc's. I would google netherwing reputation guide, and do what it sais there until you get the reputation / rank needed to pick up the next quest chain you talked about.
