Well known login issue, looking for advice / solutions

Greetings!
It's been about a week since I've Dl-ed the Warmane WOTLK client and on a daily basis I'm unable to login due to the "cant login to WoW at the moment" error message.
I've checked out other threads and have tried different methods to try and work around the error ( deleting folders, changing my password, resetting my ip, running as admin, re-installing the client) and nothing seems to work.
Any other solutions out there I can try or am I just experiencing some pretty bad luck?
