My account is suspended

Hello, for some reason my account is suspended which is strange, because I haven't played in a long time seriously. Maybe 2 days ago I logged in and I bought some gems and crafted Runed Cardinal Ruby after that I put them up for sale on the ah and I left the game. There has to be a mistake.

If it states "Bot Network", just logout and log back in on the website. That should fix it.

Anything else/relog didn't help: Help! I have been hacked/banned for no reason!
