I have a problem with disappeared item. 9 months ago randomly one item disappeared from my character's equipment. I made in-game tickets and the GM's told me they cant help and i should create ticket in website. I made 5 tickets in theese 9months and still no single answer. What i should do? Am i getting ignored or it takes that long to review the tickets.
You need to make "item missing" ticket here on site. If it was not bought for coins - it's gone, since GM ingame already told there is nothing to be done(was not a quest item, eg ashen ring).
The character was bought with that item from warmane trade system
5 tickets with no results, seems like a clue that this potion seller wont give you his strongest potions. Time for the next stage - acceptance.
9 months my tickets are ignored , with premium status i think they should atleast say they will not help
