My account has been suspended

Hello team,

I have attempted to log in today to my account after a long time, just out of nostalgia hoping to run a dungeon or two to escape life

When logging in I received the popup stating that my account has been locked or such and can be unlocked,
Visiting the website thinking it was disabled due to inactivity I have found the following message in my account page
"Your IP Address (197.26.197.134) has been suspended for due to BotNetwork"

Now double checking, that is indeed my actual current IP, I am not sure what exactly is the issue, we did change providers not so much ago at home and I haven't logged in in quite some time.

I am hoping this does not become a permanent ban or a loss of characters, I hold very dear memories dating back to early 2017 with friends I can no longer reach sadly as all contact was lost cut off

Looking forward to hearing from you guys, I hope that this was merely a faulty bot detection system or such,

Logout from website, log back in to website, go to my account, try to login in game

I was playing with some friends for a few days and for private reasons I did not enter for approximately 2 days and today I tried to enter but it told me that my account was blocked but I said well I enter the forum and when I enter my account it says has been suspended for due to BotNetwork and I really wanted to know the reason for this pointless suspension.
If any admin can contact me. Thank you so much
