I have a lvl80 Warrior and cannot learn fishing or cooking. My first aid is full. The NPC offers the journeyman level that says I need to be an Apprentice first but I cannot learn the skills for fishing or cooking.

You need to go to trainer that teaches the first rank. Or you have something disabled in filters/addon is messing something up.
I went to the trainers at the starting areas as well as the big cities, I could learn first aid fine...strange. I will check my filters thank you
