Account has been locked but can be unlocked

any insight on how to unlock? I'm a returning player

I have a similar problem, but with the fact that I connect at home on the same PC and it gives me this error elsewhere

if the error message say "your account has been locked but can be unlocked" all you have to do it login to website , then you can log in-game.

man, how do you think I wrote this message, I went to the site, and tried 500 times after that to enter the game, but the ban remains

I'm having this problem too right now. I checked on page and it said in red text "IP banned bla bla bla BOTTING" and after I refreshed page it disappeared but I still can't log in. I restarted game, loged out and in on website, restarted whole pc.. Nothing solves it, and I know for sure I wasn't botting anything. It happened few times to me in last couple days but only once or twice while logging in game..

I have not played for about 3-4 months, now I go in and I have a ban. I refreshed the page and the ban disappeared, but the game does not enter ..

I found solution guys. Reset your wifi router/modem however you call it and it works :d

I tried alternative network ie mobile data and it smoothly proceeded as it normally does..
