Log in new account

My account is new and I've been trying to get into the game for a few days, but whenever I try to log in to my computer I get the message "unable to connect, please try again later". I tried to log into a friend's computer, and I managed without any problems, but when I try to log into my computer, I can't even see the list of realms. The config.wtf is already set to warmane, I restarted the pc a few times, deleted and downloaded the game two times and still get the same message that I'm unable to connect. The problem must be in my computer, since I was able to connect in my account through my friend's computer, but none of us could connect with out accounts in my computer. Is there some configuration I have to do in windows? What am I doing wrong.
