Hello,
I purchased a character for coins via the trade system. The character had an enchant on shoulders from sons of hodir, but when I purchased the char(i still have the shoulder enchant) sons of hodir were hated to me. Ok then no problem, I will just do the refiners fire quest chain and be done with it, right? Wrong.. The quest item does not drop after 100s of kills on stormforged giants(i am at the right place i am sure) I made a ticket but so far no help.
