Latency issue

I don't know why but nowadays, I'm getting very high latency issue. I never had this problem when I first started playing in warmane and it was smooth. Now im getting constant 460-500ms. Worst of all, I get 9000+ ms whenever I'm in a dungeon or a raid. (https://pasteboard.co/KRvsqGuvVA6u.png)

is it a server issue or is there a fix to this?

I was logged in with 2 accounts yesterday, one had 50ms and the other 200-300ms
same ip, no vpn
