account locked

My account is Locked but can be unlocked ive changed passwords and dont everything i can find to fix it and nothing works not even the warmane forums i have read i only log in on the same computer every time and i was able to login yesterday with the same info i tried today adn now it dosent work im not banned and it dosent say anything about what is going on with my account when i log in here

theres a lot of people with the same problem , they can´t fix it , i have 1 month with this issue
