I had 6 characters on Loraderon and all of them but my highest level disapear. I didn't log in for some time and today when I log in it showed 6 characters on the realm screen but when loraderon was selected only one appear, the only high level, all the others weren't there. Do they get deleted after some time without log in if they are lower than a certain level or something? Could i recover then?

First make sure you are entering the right account/realm.
If your characters didn't meet conditions for removal in cleanup you need to check out all the history - trading, logins etc. Secure your account first. Open a ticket here on site, you will get a real answer. But in general - your characters are not coming back, hat was removed in cleanup is permanently gone and if someone logged your account, it's on you.
They weren't lvl 30+. Probably deleated for inactivity =( RIP majority of my stuff
