My account is banned (yet again) It says it can be restored.

I apperently got banned for botting (i might play as bot, since this is my like 4th day of wow) But i never used anything to play for me.

I don't know what it means that "it can be restored" since there are no guides for the restoration.

since its ip ban i heard to try to login (after router reset) to chance ip adress etc etc.
I know stuff or two about those things.

I can login on another device (through mobile data) but it doesn't solve the problem that my home IP is banned.

No, F5 doesn't help.
