Hello, i buy two ticket paysafecard for amount 20$ because i buyed one but the price isn't enough so i buyed the second .
My problem is i receive the coin but just 10 coin, i buyed for 20$ i know isn't same 20 euro but 20 dollars isn't 10 euro for receive 10 coin, i sent two email to <[email protected]> but i don't have answer, thank you for helping .
You can only recieve 10 coins if you picked an option to buy 10 coins. There is no way you payed 20 euros for 10 coins
Check the balances on both cards, it's possible your other card was used, and other wasn't even touched.

Thank you guys for answer, @OhieMitzen thx i enter again the digit code then i have 5 dollars so i paid 15 dollars for 10 euro..., but i get half money back thankyou =)
Just to be sure, did you check both codes, or just one?
These were unused cards? No other purchases were made?
If you've used other card fully (balance 0$) and other card half (balance 5$) contact the Paymentwall through donation window.
You shouldn't be charged 15$ for 10 coins.
