is there a way I could get this mount?
Qiraji battle tanks aren't flies.
During the TBC Prepatch of 2.2 and WoTLK PTR, the Black Qiraji Battle Tank was intended to be able to fly in Outland and Northrend by turning into a Flying Wasp but the idea was scrapped both times.
