Technical banned for no reason

Hello, how are you, very good evening. I would like to appeal for the unbanning of the character called ikieft because I stopped playing for a couple of months and then when I tried to play again they had banned me supposedly for using hacks within the video game knowing that it was the first time. I played wow and the only thing I had was a farming addon. I don't really understand if they banned my account or IP because I'm trying to create another user with another password and they won't let me use it, it just says that I can't access the server or they're kicking me off the server. I am willing to literally have my PC checked to make sure it doesn't have hacks simply for the sake of being able to play the game.

I am totally willing for us to have a video call in which we can see that I do not have any hacks, any external programs, in addition to the game itself and open Google to have the farming or leveling guides. so that the gm themselves can realize that I do not have any external programs when playing the video game, thank you very much.
