Did you happen to get it for Alliance Shaman or Horde Paladin?
no no i got it for horde rogue
Are you sure it's Race Change that you got, not character Recustomization, Rename or something else?

Im sure its race change in character list it say race change and also in history too
Rename cache folder to cache.bk and try then
