About a week ago, a guy from the guild where I played got banned, he opened an appeal ticket and already had his ticket answered and his ban removed, are you sure that your ticket has been open for more than 2 weeks?Quote:

What was the ticket about? I mean, if player help could be possible.

That sort of case is at the bottom of priorities right now, requiring a lot more work to double-check any claims the player might make. All tickets from people without their registration email are taking precedence. There's no estimated time for when it might be your ticket's turn.
