I got banned for Fraud and RMT. I never sold characters or spammed about it in chat. I never bought characters. I have some coins as gifts from my friends from different servers for good playtime. What happaned, how to get my account back? Support not answer my questrions. Not on Ticket, not on Mail. I have a lot of characters and I killed 1.5 years in this game. What to do?
