Lost account cause of mail authentificator...

I need to contact the support of Warmane - Lordearon for play on my account...
Where can I contact the support? I try to create tickets it's not possible..
Please, someone can give me the way for have a Game administrator please?

It's cause of mail authentificator, I think the account is on a wrong mail adress I don't receive the mail authentifactor for go on my real account :'(
I have all of informations on the account, password, characters, guild.. it's just the mail authentificator..
