I am looking for a way to get player and target UI to look like this below. This can be done in vanilla and TBC with ShaguTweaks addon. Is there any addon for 3.3.5 capable to do this exact look?

It has the big health bars, and it's highly customizable, so you can make it look exactly like that with some tweeks. Here is mine: https://imgur.com/a/fA95gVb - I don't like having text, but you can add hp value / percentages / names if you want.
