Questline bug?

So I was following a guide from wow head to complete the oracles quest chain and have gotten stuck after completing the quest [Playing Along] i was not Offred a quest after that one.

Thinking I missed something quested the whole zone and now 55/75 quests.

How does one get a gm to assist with this ?

Just handed in the quest to test it, works for me, got access to the follow-up "The Ape Hunter's Slave" as i should.

To be precise, i done it on Lordaeron, might be broken on Icecrown.
