Switched to wrong email

PLEASE for the love of god help me i recently switched an email from an account i had to a wrong email
I ACCIDENTALY SWITCHED MY ACCOUNT EMAIL TO A WRONG EMAIL AND I CANNOT ACCESS iT plz contact me gm <3 love you guys
